Ramya Balakrishnan

Ramya currently works as a data scientist in Leadership Research at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). She supports research projects and external client work at CCL. She is working on research projects related to leadership challenges, EDI culture and team data. She is responsible for training other team members on the advanced techniques in the field of data science to analyze data more effectively.
